Nacogdoches Police need your help in locating a wanted fugitive.
Hung Phi Hoang is wanted on the felony charge of burglary of a habitation.
He is described as an asian male 5’ 05” tall, 135 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
His last known address was in Lufkin. He is known to frequent Nacogdoches, Lufkin, and crocket.

| | 3/6/2009 - Camp House Burglary | Between January 14 and 15, unknown persons burglarized a camp house located on county road 422 (Euby road) in Nacogdoches county.
The suspects cut the lock on a gate to the property and went and burglarized a cabin and a shed. A champion brand model c46540 portable generator was among the items taken. It is yellow on top and black on the bottom. A 12 volt spotlight and a hatchet were also taken.

| | 10/2/2008 - Horse Killed | |
Sometime on Tuesday, September 7th , unknown persons shot and killed a horse in a pasture in the Appleby area.
This incident occurred in a pasture behind a residence on county road 2041, also known as shady acres road, off Appleby Sand .
The horse was last seen watering at 10:30 am on the 7th. The horse was found at 5:00 pm the same day, shot twice with a firearm.

Since the beginning of summer break, Nacogdoches has experienced a significant rise in graffiti incidents.
Unknown suspects are painting on buildings with spray paint. The heaviest damage is in the south and west areas of the city.
Graffiti damages buildings and destroys the beauty of our city. | | 2/7/2008 - ARMED ROBBERY | The Nacogdoches County Sheriffs department needs your help in solving an armed robbery.
On Friday evening, February 1st a robber entered Osborn’s grocery on US highway 259. The robber threatened the clerk with a weapon that was covered in a bag. He then reached in the cash register and took an undetermined amount of cash.
He is described as a black male, approximately six feet tall, wearing black pants, a white under shirt, black leather jacket, white shoes and a desert camo face mask.

| | 1/10/2008 - Eagle Carports Burglary |
Over the weekend of December 22nd, unknown persons broke into the business of Eagle Carports located in the 5000 block of South Street in Nacogdoches.
Once inside, the burglars attempted to remove a safe using a forklift. Being unsuccessful, they attempted to burn into the safe using a cutting torch. Entry was never gained to the safe.

| | 12/13/2007 - Robbery | At approximately 2:30 am on wednesday, december 5th, a white male suspect robbed the chevron station in the 3200 block of south street in nacogdoches.
The suspect entered the store and demanded the money. He is described as a white male in his 20’s, 5’7” tall with facial hair. He was dressed in black with a black hoodie.

Nacogdoches county adult probation needs help in locating a wanted fugitive.
At the time of the making of this report, Jonathan Demon Jones is wanted for violation of probation. His original charge is robbery.
He is described as a black male, 5’11, 165. He at one time resided in Nacogdoches, and has contacts in Shelby County.

| | 7/31/2007 - Tires Stolen | On the night of July 9th and again on July 19th unknown person entered the Nacogdoches County Bridge Barn at the 2700 block of the Center Highway and stole a total of 37 tires.
